Shipment processing time

All orders are processed with our best efforts to be as fast as possible.

 

Shipping delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, you should expect delays. We will do our best to communicate any delays in a timely fashion.

We will not accept orders and will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

We can only offer international shipping to the EU and USA at the moment. If you have any other countries to request, contact us at DroneFusionDirect@gmail.com.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund which should be plenty of time.

Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send a picture and we might give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it instead of returning the item. So, instead of returning items, you can contact us within 7 days for a possible full refund.
